What if social network were “closed” in specific time slots (e.g. from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.), in order to help human interaction in family, with friends and the like?

make this way, when your phone and family member's phone is on same location, show a prompt (topic) to talk.

Bijo John that should be spontaneous; if a family needs a reminder to talk, well there is a big issue :)

I really like Bijo's comment! I think that if our devices could encourage and facilitate human interaction, especially during instances that we are around our loved ones and friends, society as a whole would benefit greatly.

This would make the people interact with the website less, which means less revenue. The HQ wouldn't allow this if there isn't any alternative revenue stream, the corporations that actually cared about humanity perished in the hands of the system

I am sure HQ would receive a different form of intangible revenue and this could be worth more value than the amount generated regularly during those 90 min
